Neurosurgeon-led cell therapy, PRP and rehab under one roof in Paducah, Kentucky
The Regenerative Center is a multi-specialty clinic at 2725 James Sanders Blvd in Paducah, Kentucky, registered with Medicare as Advancing Medical Solutions PSC. Dr. Matt Wallis, a chiropractor who founded IMAC Regeneration Center of Kentucky and grew that model to 15 clinics across five states, opened this practice in November 2023. Sean McDonald, MD, a neurosurgeon who moved into non-surgical spine and regenerative work, is the medical director and takes case reviews himself. Nine providers work on site across neurosurgery, chiropractic, physical therapy and nurse practitioner care, so most patients get rehab and structural care wrapped around whatever injection they come in for. The cell work draws on three sources. Fat harvested from the patient under local anesthetic, bone marrow drawn from the hip, and mesenchymal cells from donated umbilical cord tissue. The clinic states it never uses embryonic cells. Delivery is either an image-guided injection placed with ultrasound or fluoroscopy for a joint, disc or nerve target, or an IV infusion where the target is systemic, which is how the neurological, autoimmune and lung protocols are run. PRP is sold on its own for orthopedic cases and hair restoration and is sometimes paired with cells. Parkinson's is the condition the center leads with, and there is real history behind that. From December 2020 the Paducah practice at this address, then trading as IMAC Regeneration Center, was one of three sites in a Phase 1 study of umbilical cord derived mesenchymal cells for bradykinesia in Parkinson's disease, registered as NCT04385056 under an FDA-authorized IND. The center says Dr. McDonald was the lead physician administering it. That study has since closed and no trial is open here now, so anything offered today is elective, investigational and quoted privately after a free case review. The practice is also in the VA Community Care Network, though that referral route covers its non-opioid pain management, physical therapy and chiropractic care rather than cell therapy.

Most describe a package of care rather than one procedure, with chiropractic, physical therapy, decompression and platelet work often preceding stem cells, which matches how the clinic is set up. Back and neck pain dominate. The hormone therapy side draws its own separate praise.
