The Regenerative Center cost

The Regenerative Center publishes no price list. The free case review comes first, by phone, video chat or in person, and the quote follows once a provider has looked at your imaging and history. What you pay turns on how much of the plan is cell therapy or PRP, which is cash-pay, and how much is physical therapy, chiropractic and physician visits, which the clinic bills to most major insurers. Ask for that split in writing before you commit to anything.

How The Regenerative Center prices treatment

Treatment or serviceCostBilled
Case review and evaluationAdvertised as complimentary and offered by phone, video chat or in person with the medical director. On consultationone time
Stem cell therapy from your own fat or bone marrowQuoted after the case review. The harvest is done in office under local anesthetic, so the fee covers collection, processing and the image-guided injection. On consultationper treatment
Umbilical cord derived cell therapyDonor tissue is bought in, so this line prices differently from harvesting your own cells. Ask which product is being used and at what dose.On consultationper treatment
IV cell infusion for neurological, autoimmune or lung conditionsSystemic protocols are often more than one infusion. Ask how many are inside the quoted number and what a repeat would cost.On consultationper course
PRP injectionSold on its own for joints, discs and hair restoration. Cheaper than cell therapy and often the first step offered. On consultationper treatment
Physical therapy, chiropractic and physician visitsThe side of the practice billed to most major insurers, so your cost here is a copay and deductible rather than a cash price. On consultationper visit
Hormone therapy, peptides and medical weight lossSeparate ongoing programs with their own monthly cost. They sit outside any cell therapy quote. On consultationper month

No published price list. Cell therapy and PRP are quoted per plan after a free case review, which can be done by phone, video chat or in person. The physical therapy, chiropractic and physician visits around the procedure are billed to most major insurers instead.

Insurance, financing and payment

Insurance

The clinic says it accepts most major insurance, and that applies to the conventional side of the practice, meaning physician visits, physical therapy and chiropractic care. Cell therapy and PRP are elective and are very rarely covered, so plan on paying cash for those lines. Veterans referred through the VA Community Care Network are covered for non-opioid pain management, physical therapy and chiropractic only, and the VA has to authorize the referral before treatment starts.

Financing

No financing partner is named on the site. Ask the patient care coordinator what payment plans are available and whether paying for a full course up front changes the total.

The Regenerative Center cost questions

How much does The Regenerative Center cost?
There is no published figure. Cell therapy and PRP are quoted per plan after the free case review, and the number moves with the cell source, how many sites are treated and whether the protocol is a single injection or a course of infusions. The rehab and physician side is billed to insurance instead, so ask for the quote split into cash lines and insurance lines.
Is the first appointment free?
The case review is advertised as complimentary and can be done by phone, video chat or in person. Any imaging you do not already have is a separate cost.
Will insurance pay for stem cell therapy here?
Almost certainly not. Cell therapy is elective and investigational, and insurers do not cover it. What the clinic bills to insurance is the physical therapy, chiropractic and physician visits around the procedure.
Is there a veterans route?
Yes, but a limited one. The practice takes VA Community Care Network referrals for non-opioid pain management, physical therapy and chiropractic, with VA approval needed first. Cell therapy is not part of that route.
