Longevity and health optimization studios offering in-clinic stem cell and exosome sessions, flagship in West Hollywood
Next Health is a chain of health optimization studios started in 2016 by surgeon Darshan Shah, MD, and Kevin Peake. The first one opened on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood and there are now about 20 open, most of them in the US, plus one in Dubai. The format is closer to a retail clinic than a doctor's office: daily walk-in hours, posted prices for a lot of the menu, and a service list built around blood panels, IV drips, NAD+, hormone therapy, peptides, cryotherapy, and hyperbaric oxygen. Stem cells and exosomes are one line on that menu. Next Health describes what it gives as mesenchymal stem cells and exosomes, and lists the service on the pages for its West Hollywood, Century City, Studio City, New York, Nashville, and Miami studios. Sessions are booked through a Next Health provider and given on site. Patients are not sent abroad for the cell work, which sets this apart from the US longevity brands that advertise domestically and treat in Mexico or the Caribbean. The company does not publish the tissue source for its cells, its donor screening, or the lab that supplies them, and there is no posted price for a stem cell or exosome session. Both are quoted after a consultation, which is free. Next Health's own page carries the disclaimer that these therapies are not approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose or treat disease.

So today I went to Next Health to get a Super B energy Shot, it stung a little not gonna lie but while I was waiting they gave me a tour of all the new things they are offering at the Sunset Plaza location and I was amazed by how many wellness and health boosting devices they have, from the full body Infrared session to the Oxygen chamber.

A July 2026 r/Biohackers post from an LA member complained about a $300 test they were not quoted for, conflicting answers on peptide minimums, and prices well above what commenters said the market charges.
