Google reviews

4.7out of 5 on Google from 748 ratings

Google reviewers most often mention stem cell therapy, alongside blood panels, red light therapy and hyperbaric sessions, and they comment often on staff welcome and explanations. Trustpilot, which covers the wider ways2well.com telehealth brand rather than the Austin clinic, sits at 2.5 out of 5, with complaints about pricing, supplement upsells and scheduling delays.

Reddit discussion

Mixedacross 22 threads

Reddit discussion is heavy and split. Several posters report lasting pain relief after disc or shoulder injections, while others say benefits faded within a year. Common complaints cover $4,500 per area pricing, vague cell counts, AI written lab reports, and peptide upselling. The r/stemcells write up also flags an FDA warning to their tissue supplier.

What Patients Say

All three reviewers had stem cell therapy at the Austin location and all wrote soon after the appointment, so they describe the visit rather than the result: staff named, including Kirsten and the nurse practitioner Selina, care taken over placing the injection, and how little it hurt. One adds that her husband had stem cells in his knee three years ago and has had no pain since.

Experience

I came in for stem cell therapy today . The facility is breathtaking. The staff were well informed, friendly and outgoing. The least painful injection therapy I've ever received. As a health and wellness professional myself I was wildly impressed and can't wait to come back! Looking forward to feeling the results in the coming weeks.

Experience

This was one of the most amazing experineces from front to back. My original appointment with Kirsten made me feel comfortable and I knew I was at the right place. Then I was helped by a few other people to make this as affordable as possible. Once I went to Aistin for my therapy, I met some of the coolest people and again felt very welcome and at home. My NP Selina was the best, spent a good amount of time trying to ensure we administered the stem cells to the correct area and was so kind.

This ways 2 well journey has been the best life changing experience. Between the comprehensive bloodwork ,supplements, and now just had stem cells today. My husband had stem cells in his knee and hasn't had any pain in last 3 years. Highly recommend this life changing experience

How to read these reviews

Every review here comes from someone who says they were treated at Ways2Well in Austin, Texas. Our moderation team reads each one before it goes up. We check that it describes a real visit and stays inside our content rules. We do not check whether the treatment worked. Ways2Well gets no say either way: the clinic cannot approve a review, edit one, or have one taken down. None of the reviews here are treatment-verified yet, so read them as first-hand accounts rather than confirmed records.

What patients are reviewing

Ways2Well is a regenerative-medicine provider based in Austin, Texas, operating since 2018. The clinic offers Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) Therapy, Exosome Therapy, Allogeneic (donor) Therapy, IV / Systemic Cell Therapy and 1 more. Patients most often come to it for Anti-Aging / Longevity, Joint Pain and Sports Injuries. Published treatment costs run from $5,900, though the figure a patient is quoted depends on what they are treated for and how many sessions they need. Its listed accreditations are Board-Certified Physicians.

Keep that spread in mind while you read. A review of a anti-aging / longevity case tells you little about how the clinic handles the rest of what it offers, and a patient who lives nearby has a very different week from one who flew in for a single visit.

Before you book

Reviews are one input. Ask Ways2Well for the rest directly: which cell source and preparation they would use for your condition, who performs the procedure, what the quoted price covers, what follow-up you get, and what evidence they are relying on. Vague answers to any of those are worth noticing.
