Yonsei BH occupies the second floor of a building on Eonju-ro, a few minutes' walk from Seolleung station in Gangnam. The Korean name is ์ฐ์ธBH์์, the BH standing for Beautiful Health. It is a one-doctor clinic, and the doctor is the reason it exists in this form. Lee Byung-hee spent his career inside blood vessels. He worked at Sinchon Severance Hospital and as a university professor, and the clinic's own figures put him at more than 45,000 vascular examinations and over 10,000 procedures performed inside vessels, along with several catheter techniques he was first in Korea to publish. He now applies that catheter work to cell therapy: instead of running cells into a vein and letting them circulate, he threads a catheter and delivers them into the artery supplying the organ or joint he is treating. He presents this as his own approach rather than as standard practice, and no health authority has approved it as a treatment for any of the conditions below. The clinic is organised into programmes rather than a single menu. There is a brain group covering Parkinson's, dementia and the aftermath of a cerebral infarction; a chronic disease and allergy group for diabetes, hepatitis and cirrhosis, kidney failure and atopic skin conditions; a men's and women's group for erectile dysfunction and vaginal dryness; an anti-aging and insomnia group that also covers skin and immune work; a joint and pain group for knee and finger arthritis, spinal stenosis, disc problems and rotator cuff injuries; and a vascular group for cerebrovascular disease and varicose veins. It runs small. Weekday office hours only, closed weekends and holidays, a website in Korean, and case write-ups posted on the clinic's own board for knees, erectile dysfunction and immunity. Patients arriving from abroad generally come through a medical travel partner that arranges interpreters and transfers.
