Reset IV has no clinic. There is no drip lounge and no waiting room. You book online, by phone or by text, and a registered nurse drives to wherever you are with the bag and the pole. Typical arrival is 45 to 60 minutes, the service runs 8am to 10pm seven days a week, and a standard infusion takes 30 to 45 minutes. The Las Vegas office on Hillwood Drive is where dispatch and admin sit, not somewhere patients go. The menu is priced à la carte and posted openly, which is unusual in this corner of the market. Bags run from $189 for Still Spinning, saline plus one medication, up to $1,500 for the Gold Drip. NAD+ is sold in four separate doses from 250mg at $299 to 1000mg at $999, each with its published infusion time, and the longer ones genuinely take three to four hours or more. Prices are the same in every market, there are no travel fees, and payment is taken after treatment rather than upfront. Insurance is not accepted, though HSA and FSA cards are. Every nurse is a licensed RN, and the company says it hires four or five out of every hundred who apply, with at least a year of IV insertion experience required. Clinical oversight is remote: the site describes a physician or nurse practitioner who is on call to approve treatment, and Reset IV does not name a medical director anywhere on its site, its LinkedIn, or in its press coverage. If knowing who signs off on your care matters to you, ask before you book. Alongside the drips there is a separate telehealth arm that ships compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide and peptides for self-injection after labs and a virtual consult. That side of the business drew an FDA warning letter in September 2025 over how the compounded weight loss drugs were described. Reset IV does no stem cell, exosome or PRP work of any kind, and the IV therapy here is vitamins and hydration rather than anything cellular.
