Mostly positiveacross 2 threads

Reddit discussion is thin but favorable. In a 2024 r/LasVegas thread asking about hangover IV services, two commenters pointed to Reset IV, noting nurses come to the hotel room with no added travel fee, and one said they book it every trip. What Patients Say

This is a mobile IV service and the reviews reflect that. Two reviewers had drips delivered to their Las Vegas hotel rooms, name the nurses who came, James and Daniel, and report feeling more hydrated and more energetic afterwards. One notes add-ons were suggested without pressure. The third, a long-time customer, says the service changed after the company was sold in 2025, is no longer available around the clock, and quoted them a 16-hour wait.

Experience

I recently tried IV therapy and had a great experience. Daniel was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommended booking with him!! The treatment was relaxing, and I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall hydration afterward.

Experience

James came to my hotel room at the Cosmopolitan to do hydration IV therapy- he was prompt, cordial and very knowledgeable. I told him my symptoms to which he suggested some add ons without pressure. Got set up and going quickly- he was good comfortable conversation during treatment. I will be keeping him in my contacts for the next time we come to Vegas.

Experience

The original company was sold in 2025. It's nowhere close to what it used to be. It's no longer 24/7. They still claim convenient, timely booking, but it's not true. They told me it would be 16 hours before someone could get to me. I used to recommend Reset IV to everyone. I had the swag, I invested, I believed in the brand..this is not that company.

How to read these reviews

Every review here comes from someone who says they were treated at Reset IV in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our moderation team reads each one before it goes up. We check that it describes a real visit and stays inside our content rules. We do not check whether the treatment worked. Reset IV gets no say either way: the clinic cannot approve a review, edit one, or have one taken down. None of the reviews here are treatment-verified yet, so read them as first-hand accounts rather than confirmed records.

What patients are reviewing

Reset IV is a regenerative-medicine provider based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operating since 2017. Patients most often come to it for Anti-Aging / Longevity, Skin / Aesthetic and Erectile / Sexual Health. Published treatment costs run $189 to $1,500, though the figure a patient is quoted depends on what they are treated for and how many sessions they need.

Keep that spread in mind while you read. A review of a anti-aging / longevity case tells you little about how the clinic handles the rest of what it offers, and a patient who lives nearby has a very different week from one who flew in for a single visit.

Before you book

Reviews are one input. Ask Reset IV for the rest directly: which cell source and preparation they would use for your condition, who performs the procedure, what the quoted price covers, what follow-up you get, and what evidence they are relying on. Vague answers to any of those are worth noticing.

The full Reset IV profile has the team, accreditations and treatment list. There is a separate page on what Reset IV costs, and you can read how we rank and verify clinics and how we moderate reviews. For anything clinical, ask a doctor who knows your history.
