About Innovations Stem Cell Center

Innovations Stem Cell Center is a Dallas regenerative medicine practice run by Dr. Bill Johnson, MD. For lupus (SLE) and other autoimmune conditions, the clinic uses the patient's own fat-derived stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells, given through an IV along with direct injections. It's a same-day outpatient procedure: the team runs a medical workup, harvests and processes the fat cells in-house, deploys them, then follows up afterward. Johnson has been board-certified in Internal Medicine since 1984, over 40 years in practice, and works as an affiliate of the Cell Surgical Network.

Experience

I had a procedure for my lungs about 2 months ago. I have severe emphysema and had 1/2 of one of my lungs removed because of cancer. I have not noticed any improvement since the procedure but I'm still hopeful. The proses of getting it done (Dr, nurses, office personnel) was a pleasant experience so it deserves a 5 star review.

Experience

Dr. Johnson was very professional. He educated me on the process, and what the outcome of the results might be. I was treated for extensive scar tissue and skin damage secondary to radiation treatment for breast cancer. My skin condition improved in some areas. The scar tissue in my chest and thoracic area has been released some. I've gained more movement in my arm and in my chest wall.

Reddit discussion

Too little discussion to characteriseacross 2 threads

Reddit barely mentions this Dallas clinic. One r/stemcells poster asked in 2022 whether US options like Innovations Stem Cell Center are legitimate, and the replies argued about FDA rules on cell sourcing rather than the clinic itself. The only other hit is an old promotional link post. No patient accounts found.
