Miami Stem Cell is a regenerative medicine practice at 6262 Sunset Drive in South Miami, with a second office in Honolulu. Those are the clinic's own numbers and none of them is independently verifiable. The work splits two ways. Most of the volume is orthopedic, meaning knee, hip, shoulder, spine and hand pain treated with targeted injections. Running alongside that is a distinct autism programme under Dr. Eric Weiss, a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who moved into regenerative medicine after his own son was diagnosed. Patients take one of two routes. Autologous treatment uses bone marrow aspirate concentrate drawn from the patient's own hip. Allogeneic treatment uses mesenchymal cells and exosomes taken from Wharton's jelly in screened, donated umbilical cord tissue, which the clinic says is processed in FDA-registered, AATB-certified and cGMP-compliant labs. Delivery is either a targeted injection or an IV infusion, depending on whether the problem is local or systemic. The clinic also offers PRP, peptides, hair restoration and an anti-aging line built around exosomes, plus Muse cells, an uncommon cell subset it markets heavily. None of this is FDA-approved. Since 1 July 2025, Florida Senate Bill 1768 has allowed licensed physicians in the state to give non-FDA-approved stem cell therapy for orthopedic conditions, wound care and pain management, subject to sourcing and consent rules, and the clinic cites that statute directly.
