No complaints at all. Customer service is friendly and quick to respond. Doctor was really nice and thorough . Meds shipped quick. I feel much better and look forward to being a customer for the foreseeable future.

About Male Excel
Male Excel is a telehealth business, not a clinic. Nobody is seen in person anywhere. You fill in a symptom questionnaire, buy a $99 online consultation, and a finger-prick blood spot kit arrives in the post. Their own CLIA lab in Mooresville, North Carolina runs five markers off it, testosterone, estradiol, DHEA-S, free T3 and PSA, and results come back about five business days after the kit lands. A licensed provider reviews them with you and writes a protocol if you qualify. Medication is compounded by two outside pharmacies in Florida and shipped in 60-day supplies. The protocol is what they sell on. Instead of the weekly intramuscular shot most online TRT services use, Male Excel doses testosterone daily, either as a small subcutaneous injection or as a twice-daily Lipoderm cream, and they do not routinely prescribe estrogen blockers. Thyroid tablets are bundled with the testosterone options. There is also an oral route, Triclozene, which is clomiphene citrate combined with thyroid. Around it sit generic sildenafil and tadalafil for erectile dysfunction, and GLP-1 medication for weight, including semaglutide by injection or tablet and tirzepatide. Peptides and NAD+ are advertised as coming soon rather than sold. The company started in 2019, grew out of Peter Fotinos's earlier hormone practice in Charlotte, and now sits under the parent Excel Medical alongside a women's brand, Fem Excel, and the lab. Excel Medical says it has passed 100,000 members and close to $100 million a year in revenue without outside investment, and made the Inc. 5000 in both 2024 and 2025. Roughly 35 clinicians are named on the site, four of them physicians and the rest nurse practitioners. A few things to check before signing up. The service is not available in Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire or Rhode Island. Insurance is not accepted. Compounded testosterone is not an FDA-approved product and testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance, so monitoring is part of the deal, and depending on your state you may still need an in-person physical elsewhere. Male Excel does no stem cell, exosome or PRP work.

Three separate charges, so read them together. The online consultation is $99 once and includes the at-home test kit. Membership is then $99 a month, covering unlimited messaging and e-visits, a 60-day check-in and a full panel every six months. Medication is billed every second month on top, from about $120 for injectable testosterone with thyroid, $132 for the cream and $95 for oral Triclozene. ED generics are $65 to $89. No insurance, though FSA and HSA funds may work, and no contract.

Good product but these folks don't give a hoot about customer. It was time for my refill so I did the questionnaire and submitted. A week later still no review, ended up having to cancel as was leaving town and wasn't sure I'd be home. I only had two more days of meds left so they couldn't get them to me fast enough. Shop around please.

I went from 178 lb to 140 pounds it took almost a year. I am now around 145 pounds but put on some muscle not fat and I am now in the best shape I have been in probably 30 years if not longer.
