About Invigor Medical

Invigor Medical, which now trades on its website as Try Invigor, sells prescriptions by subscription and ships them. There is no clinic and no appointment to book. You pick a plan, fill in medical forms, a practitioner licensed in your state reviews the order, and one of five named partner pharmacies dispenses and posts the medication. Their published turnaround is seven to fourteen business days end to end, with most approvals inside the first day or two. Shipping is a flat $29.50. The catalogue runs to 26 plans across three areas. Weight loss is the biggest: compounded GLP-1 and GLP-1 plus GIP injections, now sold under those generic descriptions rather than by drug name, plus newer micro-dose versions at roughly two-thirds the price. Longevity covers testosterone therapy, NAD+, sermorelin, enclomiphene, glutathione, methylene blue, B12 and finasteride. Sexual health covers tadalafil and sildenafil, and then the part they have gone deepest on, Trimix, with a structured programme of adjustment and custom vials, alongside PT-141 and oxytocin. Testosterone is the one line with real gatekeeping: bloodwork is required to start, billed at $49 every three months and drawn at Quest, or you can bring your own labs and skip the fee. Plans then run from $125 a month on a three-month subscription. Some products are unavailable in certain states, notably enclomiphene in Hawaii, New Jersey and New York, and B12 injections and oral sermorelin in California. Two things to go in with your eyes open about. Refunds are tightly limited: once an order reaches practitioner review the company will not cancel or refund it, and renewal cancellations have to be made by phone rather than online. And the most persistent complaint across both Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau is from patients who say they were prescribed and charged without ever speaking to a clinician, so if a conversation matters to you, ask for one before paying. The company holds an A+ rating and accreditation with the BBB and around 4.4 on Trustpilot across roughly 1,800 reviews. Invigor does no stem cell, exosome or PRP work.

Rosa did an excellent job at customer service. I am very pleased with the response from the team at Invigor Medical. They are the only company I would trust with supplying my supplements. They use the best compounding pharmacies in the nation and provide unmatchable customer service. Thank you

Things were good at first, then they started sending half expired meds. Then they tell you that requests for compensation have to be forwarded to management who will take days to contact the pharmacy and then they'll "make a decision".

Had some issues with a delayed and potentially late order. This was a big concern because of the need for continual refrigeration of the product. Brooklyn was on the case, responsive and followed through until resolution of the issue. Has also been excellent in the past and it's a real plus ti have the same โ€œgo toโ€ person for the overall service.
