What Patients Say

These reviews are about supply and service rather than clinical care. Two name staff, Brooklyn and Rosa, for chasing a delayed order that needed refrigeration and for answering quickly. The third says shipments started arriving close to expiry and that compensation requests were passed to management and then to the pharmacy without a fast answer.

Experience

Rosa did an excellent job at customer service. I am very pleased with the response from the team at Invigor Medical. They are the only company I would trust with supplying my supplements. They use the best compounding pharmacies in the nation and provide unmatchable customer service. Thank you

Experience

Things were good at first, then they started sending half expired meds. Then they tell you that requests for compensation have to be forwarded to management who will take days to contact the pharmacy and then they'll "make a decision".

Experience

Had some issues with a delayed and potentially late order. This was a big concern because of the need for continual refrigeration of the product. Brooklyn was on the case, responsive and followed through until resolution of the issue. Has also been excellent in the past and it's a real plus ti have the same โ€œgo toโ€ person for the overall service.

How to read these reviews

Every review here comes from someone who says they were treated at Invigor Medical in Pasco, Washington. Our moderation team reads each one before it goes up. We check that it describes a real visit and stays inside our content rules. We do not check whether the treatment worked. Invigor Medical gets no say either way: the clinic cannot approve a review, edit one, or have one taken down. None of the reviews here are treatment-verified yet, so read them as first-hand accounts rather than confirmed records.

What patients are reviewing

Invigor Medical is a regenerative-medicine provider based in Pasco, Washington, operating since 2018. Patients most often come to it for Anti-Aging / Longevity, Erectile / Sexual Health and Hair Restoration. Published treatment costs run $75 to $350, though the figure a patient is quoted depends on what they are treated for and how many sessions they need.

Keep that spread in mind while you read. A review of a anti-aging / longevity case tells you little about how the clinic handles the rest of what it offers, and a patient who lives nearby has a very different week from one who flew in for a single visit.

Before you book

Reviews are one input. Ask Invigor Medical for the rest directly: which cell source and preparation they would use for your condition, who performs the procedure, what the quoted price covers, what follow-up you get, and what evidence they are relying on. Vague answers to any of those are worth noticing.
