About Fountain Life

Fountain Life is a membership longevity and preventive medicine company founded in 2020 by Peter Diamandis, Tony Robbins, Robert Hariri, and William Kapp, an orthopedic surgeon who runs it as CEO. Most of what a member gets is diagnostics: whole-body and brain MRI, coronary imaging, bloodwork, and genome sequencing, packaged into a single visit and read by longevity physicians. It operates centers in Naples and Orlando, Florida, The Colony outside Dallas, White Plains, New York, and Houston, with a Miami location announced. The regenerative side is smaller and sits behind the membership. Cell therapy is given at the Naples center and is limited to the APEX and EPIC tiers. In July 2025 Fountain Life signed a supply agreement with Celularity for placental-derived allogeneic cell products, and in June 2026 Celularity made its cenplacel-L product available for investigational use in Florida. Both run under Florida Statute 458.3245, a state law effective July 1, 2025 that allows qualified Florida physicians to give adult stem cell products for orthopedic conditions, wound healing, and pain management without an FDA investigational new drug approval. The centers also do ultrasound-guided orthobiologic injections and hydrodissection using high-concentration PRP for arthritic joints, tendinitis, disc and low-back pain, and rotator cuff problems, plus therapeutic plasma exchange and biologic-assisted skin and scalp treatments. Dallas Kingsbury, a sports and spine physiatrist, is medical director at Naples and vice president of regenerative medicine for the company. Fountain Life states on its own site that these therapies are not FDA approved. It publishes no price list. Membership is annual and the regenerative treatments are billed on top of it.

Experience

This physical saved my life. I signed up for the Apex plan. They take a deep dive way past your normal physical. I was there for five hours, it didn't seem like five, and the staff were very nice and professional. I discovered some things that if left untreated would have lead to serious consequences. It's been worth every penny.

Experience

I would not recommend this clinic. They already make thousands of dollars and then they also choose to make extra commission off of the supplements they prescribe on the fullscript Website. Other practitioners offer 35% discount and they choose to make money over giving patients a discount. The wait is also long.

Reddit discussion

Mixedacross 2 threads

Discussion is thin but real. In r/TonyRobbins, commenters argue over whether the five figure membership is worth it, several calling it overpriced, while one poster said a heart scan there flagged a blockage. In r/PeterAttia, one customer reported generic follow up advice and a self reported ex employee advised against it.
