Discussion is thin but real. In r/TonyRobbins, commenters argue over whether the five figure membership is worth it, several calling it overpriced, while one poster said a heart scan there flagged a blockage. In r/PeterAttia, one customer reported generic follow up advice and a self reported ex employee advised against it.

Two reviewers describe diagnostics rather than treatment: a five-hour Apex assessment that one says picked up problems which would have become serious if left, and a contrast study of the heart under Dr. Kingsbury. The third recommends against the clinic, citing the margin taken on prescribed supplements compared with other practitioners, and long waits.

This physical saved my life. I signed up for the Apex plan. They take a deep dive way past your normal physical. I was there for five hours, it didn't seem like five, and the staff were very nice and professional. I discovered some things that if left untreated would have lead to serious consequences. It's been worth every penny.

I would not recommend this clinic. They already make thousands of dollars and then they also choose to make extra commission off of the supplements they prescribe on the fullscript Website. Other practitioners offer 35% discount and they choose to make money over giving patients a discount. The wait is also long.
Every review here comes from someone who says they were treated at Fountain Life in Naples, Florida. Our moderation team reads each one before it goes up. We check that it describes a real visit and stays inside our content rules. We do not check whether the treatment worked. Fountain Life gets no say either way: the clinic cannot approve a review, edit one, or have one taken down. None of the reviews here are treatment-verified yet, so read them as first-hand accounts rather than confirmed records.
Fountain Life is a regenerative-medicine provider based in Naples, Florida, operating since 2020. The clinic offers Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) Therapy, Allogeneic (donor) Therapy, Regenerative Orthopedics and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). Patients most often come to it for Anti-Aging / Longevity, Joint Pain and Knee Osteoarthritis. Its listed accreditations are Board-Certified Physicians.
Keep that spread in mind while you read. A review of a anti-aging / longevity case tells you little about how the clinic handles the rest of what it offers, and a patient who lives nearby has a very different week from one who flew in for a single visit.
Reviews are one input. Ask Fountain Life for the rest directly: which cell source and preparation they would use for your condition, who performs the procedure, what the quoted price covers, what follow-up you get, and what evidence they are relying on. Vague answers to any of those are worth noticing.
