About Cendant Stem Cell Center

Cendant Stem Cell Center is a regenerative medicine practice headquartered at 6501 E Belleview Ave in Greenwood Village, just south of Denver near the Denver Tech Center. The business dates to 2013, when Cendant Health Center LLC was registered in Colorado, and a second company, Cendant Stem Cell Center LLC, followed in 2016. Dr. Daniel Lann is the lead physician and medical director. He holds an MD, is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and is licensed in Colorado and Texas. He is the only clinician the practice names publicly. Peripheral neuropathy gets the most developed treatment of anything here. It runs under a separate brand, Cendant Neuropathy, with its own clinic pages for Denver, Houston and Scottsdale. The protocol pairs mesenchymal cells taken from a screened, donated umbilical-cord tissue and blood allograft with a processed microvascular tissue allograft intended to rebuild the small vessels feeding the nerve. Cendant offers the two together as one combined procedure and aims it at diabetic, chemotherapy-related and idiopathic neuropathy. Cells go in by IV or by targeted injection, sometimes with PRP added. The clinic also publishes the literature it leans on, with citations and named clinical-trial registrations, though the efficacy percentages it quotes alongside them are its own summary rather than published results for its own patients. The rest of the practice is mostly orthopedic: knee, hip and shoulder arthritis, disc and spinal stenosis pain, meniscus and labrum tears, treated with ultrasound-guided injections, bone marrow aspirate concentrate drawn from the back of the hip, PRP and exosomes. There are also programmes for Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, COPD and age management, plus NAD+ and vitamin IV therapy. None of this is FDA-approved. Cendant publishes no price list, gives the first consultation free, and points patients at third-party financing of up to $25,000.

Lead Physician and Medical Director

MD, board-certified in emergency medicine (American Board of Emergency Medicine), licensed in Colorado and Texas

Graduated from the University of Texas Long School of Medicine in San Antonio in 2002 and completed emergency medicine residency there. He has been certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine since 2006 and is actively maintaining that certification. He is also a former Naval Flight Officer. At Cendant he does the interventional work, including ultrasound-guided joint and spine injections, and the practice puts his clinical focus at foot neuropathy, Parkinson's disease and interventional orthopedics. His board certification is in emergency medicine rather than in neurology or orthopedics.
