About TRT Nation

TRT Nation sells testosterone therapy by subscription, entirely online. There is no clinic. You fill in an intake form, get bloodwork done at a Labcorp or Quest near you, speak to a provider by video or phone, and the medication arrives by FedEx in plain packaging with the pharmacy's return address on it rather than theirs. Most people can start within about ten business days of the consultation. The Tampa address is an office with weekday phone hours, not a place to be seen. Price is the pitch. Testosterone cypionate is $99.99 a month with a two and a half month minimum, enclomiphene the same, HCG $80, and the two combined $180. Compounded tirzepatide is $219 a month whatever the dose, which is unusual, and they add B12 to it. Peptides sit alongside: NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin, tesamorelin, IGF1-LR3. Tadalafil and sildenafil round it out. Bloodwork is charged separately at $129, or $179 for the combined panel. The genuinely useful differentiator is that they accept outside lab work, which most online TRT services refuse. Labs need to be under six months old and cover total testosterone, CBC, CMP, estradiol and PSA, with PSA required over 40. Several complaints on the record allege this policy has been applied inconsistently, so get written confirmation your panel qualifies before paying. Monitoring after that is published: repeat bloodwork at ten weeks, again at six months, then yearly. Refills are never automatic, and the company operates a blanket no refund policy. One thing to weigh. TRT Nation names no clinician anywhere. There is no medical director, no physician, no provider page and no reviewed-by byline across the 66 pages and 227 blog posts on its site, only unnamed licensed providers. They do hold a current LegitScript certification, which is a real credential and checks out. Their peer-reviewed badge points to a genuine 2022 Journal of Sexual Medicine paper that included them as one of three platforms studied, though that paper named no winner and its main finding was that direct-to-consumer testosterone costs more than a hospital clinic. The company does no stem cell, exosome or PRP work.

Experience

I'm 46 and noticed my natural testosterone levels had taken a serious dive. I decided to give TRT Nation a shot, and it has been the best decision I've made in years. Just two weeks into the program and I already feel 10x better. My energy, focus, and overall drive are completely back. The onboarding process was fast, professional, and seamless.

Experience

TRT Nation has been great so far. They've scheduled appointments quickly and answered my questions honestly with no nonsense. Refills are easy to navigate and everything has shipped on time and arrived either sooner than expected or on the earlier end of the estimated time frame for delivery. No complaints so far. Prices are fair and on par to slightly less than other similar online services.
