Autologous bone marrow and PRP orthobiologics for spine and joints, with offices in Rochester Hills and Grand Rapids

An orthopedic and pain practice that treats spine and joint problems with injections prepared from the patient's own tissue. The main procedures are platelet rich plasma, prolotherapy and bone marrow aspirate concentrate, plus intraosseous injections for pain at the bone level. Their stem cell page is direct about scope: they work with bone marrow rather than fat, and say this keeps them inside FDA limits on isolating fat cells. They do not sell exosomes or donor birth tissue products, and their own writing says marketing around those has outrun the data. Dr. Thomas Nabity, MD, founded the practice in 2017 after several years in interventional pain medicine, and lists himself as founder and CEO. Five more physicians appear on the roster. Nabity, John Santa Ana and Robert Farhat publish full CVs showing board certification in physical medicine and rehabilitation alongside pain or electrodiagnostic medicine, and a nurse practitioner covers pelvic floor and aesthetic work. Rochester Hills is the home office and medical center, and a second office operates in Grand Rapids. Injectates are processed on site using Greyledge Technologies equipment. Consultations are free and treatment prices are quoted after the visit. The practice publishes no price list. Office visits and diagnostics such as EMG testing may run through insurance, and the site lists accepted carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Priority Health, Tricare and Medicare Part B.

Consultations are free and costs are quoted after the visit. The practice publishes no price list. The only figure on the site sits in its own article on PRP hair treatment, which puts the average at $1,500 to $3,500 for the initial three to four rounds, so read that as a general estimate rather than a quoted rate. Office visits and EMG testing may be billed to insurance, and patients are asked to check deductibles and co-payments first.
Pricing is indicative and set by each clinic. Confirm the final cost directly before treatment.
