Telehealth hormone and longevity optimization run on lab data, available in all 50 states
Marek Health is a telehealth optimization service built around bloodwork. The program starts with a one on one intake with a health coach, then diagnostic lab work, then a 25 minute video consultation with a licensed provider to review the plan. Hormone replacement and testosterone therapy are the best known part of it, alongside work on thyroid, metabolic markers, sleep, cognition, fertility, hair loss and cardiovascular risk. Prescriptions ship from partner and compounding pharmacies. The company was co-founded in 2020 by Derek of More Plates More Dates and is registered as Marek Health LLC in Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Steven Campbell, board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine, is medical director, working with a partnered provider roster of MDs, DOs, nurse practitioners and physician assistants plus a clinical advisory board. Care is delivered entirely online. Their FAQ states the offices they keep are administrative, with no physicians or coaches on site and no public access, and clients must complete an annual in person physical with their own outside provider. Pricing is cash pay with no insurance billing and no CPT or ICD-10 codes issued. The Guided Optimization intake is $299 and requires a lab panel of at least $450, with medication, refills and follow-up labs charged separately. Marek Health does not offer stem cell, exosome, SVF or PRP therapy.

Marek Health comes up constantly on Reddit, mostly in r/moreplatesmoredates, r/Testosterone and r/trt. Posters rate the breadth of the lab panels highly, but complaints about cost, rising test fees, supplement and medication upsells, and required repeat paid consultations are just as common. Several report trouble getting blood draws scheduled through LabCorp or Quest.
