About EVEXIAS Medical Centers

EVEXIAS Medical Centers is the clinic side of the EvexiPEL story, and the two are worth separating. EvexiPEL is a branded pellet method rather than a place: a patented hormone pellet, a dosing algorithm and an insertion technique, licensed out to certified providers across the country by a separate corporate company. EVEXIAS Medical Centers is where the founder actually treats patients, from two clinics in Texas, in Southlake and Rockwall. A third clinic in Lone Tree, Colorado carries the EVEXIAS name but is independently owned by a Denver vein surgeon. Terri DeNeui opened the practice in 2008. She is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner, board certified in adult acute care, who came out of emergency nursing, wrote the book Hormone Havoc, teaches at A4M's world congress and created the EvexiPEL method in 2018. Worth being precise about, since press releases often blur it: her doctorate is a DNP in nursing, not a medical degree. The Texas practice is nurse-practitioner led, with one board-certified OB/GYN listed as collaborating physician and every treating clinician a board-certified APRN. What sets the pellet apart is what is in it. FarmaKeio, a related 503B outsourcing facility in the same town, holds a US patent covering a testosterone pellet combined with triamcinolone, an anti-inflammatory steroid, and supplies it only to EvexiPEL-certified providers. Insertion takes minutes under local anaesthetic through a small incision at the upper hip, and women are typically re-dosed every three to four months. The rest of the menu is broad for a hormone clinic. Peptide therapy, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, IV vitamin drips, IV ozone and EBOO, a gut mapping programme, at-home DUTCH hormone testing, sexual health work including TriMix and acoustic wave therapy, and a full aesthetics arm. Their regenerative work is PRP drawn from your own blood and spun in-clinic, used for microneedling, scalp injections for thinning hair, under-eye treatment and P-Shot style injections. Their pages also use the word exosome, but the process they describe is a blood draw and centrifuge, which is PRP, and no exosome product or manufacturer is ever named. There is no stem cell therapy here, and none is claimed. Compounded hormone pellets are not FDA-approved products.

  • Two clinics in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Southlake and Rockwall, both seeing patients in person
  • Founded in 2008 by Terri DeNeui, who went on to create the EvexiPEL pellet method
  • The pellet is patented and combines testosterone with triamcinolone, made at a related 503B facility
  • Nurse-practitioner led, with one collaborating OB/GYN and board-certified APRNs treating
  • Southlake has four consultation rooms, two aesthetic rooms and a dedicated IV therapy room
  • PRP from your own blood, used for microneedling, hair thinning, under-eye and sexual health
  • IV ozone and EBOO on the menu, which is unusual for a hormone practice

The Texas clinics publish almost nothing. The one posted price is an Essential Care membership at $150 a month or $1,500 a year, which buys telemedicine for minor acute problems plus 20 percent off select labs and IV therapies and 10 percent off supplements. Pellets, peptides, GLP-1 medication, PRP and aesthetics are all quoted after a consultation. Insurance is not accepted for membership. For scale, the independently owned Denver clinic publishes hormone packages from $139.65 a month.

Pricing is indicative and set by each clinic. Confirm the final cost directly before treatment.
