Physician-led age management with 20 US centers and openly published program pricing

Cenegenics runs a physician-led age management program built around heavy up-front diagnostic testing. New members start with the Performance Health Assessment, which covers biomarker panels, VO2 max, DEXA body composition, CIMT, advanced coronary CT and cognitive testing. The onboarding blood draw is done by a phlebotomist who comes to your home or office. From there a physician and a dedicated health coach build an ongoing plan across nutrition, exercise, nutraceuticals and, where clinically indicated, hormone therapy. Regenerative treatment is not offered at every center. The Jacksonville practice, led by Earl H. Eye, MD, FACCP, lists Wharton's jelly derived stem cells and exosomes alongside sexual health therapies. Miami lists PRP as a named service. In New York City, Joseph Bosiljevac, Jr. MD, PhD, FACS came out of cardiovascular surgery and regenerative medicine and brings those therapies into his longevity work. The other US centers stay with diagnostics, hormone optimization and lifestyle programming. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Las Vegas, with 20 US centers listed on its locations page and seven more abroad. Pricing is published rather than quoted privately. The initial assessment runs $4,495 to $13,000 depending on how much testing the physician orders, and Cenegenics puts the ongoing annual cost at $14,000 to $21,000 once the monthly program fee and supplement supply are counted. Insurance is not accepted, though FSA and HSA funds can be used, and no long-term contract is required.

Per the company FAQ, the Performance Health Assessment runs $4,495 to $13,000 depending on how much testing the physician orders. After that the program fee is $550 to $750 a month, and nutraceuticals and medications are $350 to $600 a month, which Cenegenics totals at an average of $14,000 to $21,000 a year. Insurance is not accepted, though FSA and HSA funds can be used. Regenerative treatment prices are set per center.
