Integrative pain medicine and regenerative injections in Cincinnati and Manhattan
Hal Blatman, MD, has run this practice in Cincinnati since 1988, starting with myofascial pain and trigger point injection work he learned from Janet Travell, MD. The regenerative side grew out of that. The office now offers PRP, mesenchymal stem cell injections, exosomes and very small embryonic-like cell (VSEL) therapy alongside prolotherapy, prolozone, peptides, IV infusions and nutrition coaching. Cell material comes either from the patient or from placenta and umbilical cord tissue donated after healthy live births, and the clinic states it never uses embryonic stem cells. Most of the injection work targets joints, tendons, ligaments and the spine, though Blatman also treats neurological conditions such as MS and Parkinson's using IV and laser-guided VSEL protocols. He performs the procedures himself; a nurse practitioner, a nutrition coach, a massage therapist and an acupuncturist round out the team. The main office is at 8250 Kenwood Road in Cincinnati, open Monday through Thursday, with a second location on East 56th Street in Manhattan that Blatman visits about once a month. The practice does not bill insurance and issues a superbill on request. No prices are published, so the office quotes after a consultation, and a free discovery call is offered first.

Blatman earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania in 1980, trained two years in orthopedic surgery, then completed a residency in occupational and environmental medicine at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. He studied myofascial pain under Janet Travell, MD, and in 1988 opened a Cincinnati clinic combining conventional and holistic pain care. He is credentialed in pain management, board certified in occupational and environmental medicine and in integrative holistic medicine, and is a past president of the American Holistic Medical Association. He also trained in peptide therapy through the Seeds Scientific Research Institute and in ReCODE and metabolic terrain protocols.
