Chaum cost
Chaum publishes more pricing than most clinics in this directory, because Korean law requires hospitals to post a schedule of non-covered (๋น๊ธ์ฌ) fees. Two of its own pages carry real numbers: the fee schedule at chaum.net/guide/charges.cha, dated 1 June 2026, which lists single line items, and the personal check-up page, which lists whole screening programs with prices. Everything below is in Korean won and comes from those pages. Read it as context for your quote, not as your quote, because the fee list states that materials and drugs are billed on top and that several rows vary by dose and by how much area is treated.

Insurance, financing and payment
Insurance
Everything on the published schedule sits in Korea's non-covered (๋น๊ธ์ฌ) bracket, meaning the national health insurance scheme does not pay for it, which is precisely why the hospital has to post the prices. Foreign visitors should assume they pay in full at the time of service and claim back from their own insurer afterwards, if their policy covers screening or cosmetic work at all, which most do not. Chaum's site does not mention billing overseas insurers directly.
Financing
Chaum publishes no financing terms, no deposit policy and no instalment plan. The check-up pages give a price and a booking form and nothing about how you settle it, so confirm accepted payment methods, deposit size and cancellation terms when you book, particularly if you are travelling in for a dated program slot.
