Google reviewers mainly discuss genetic and methylation testing, full blood panels, and the supplement plans built from them, with many citing the staff and wellness advisors who walk them through lab results. The brand wide Trustpilot page sits at 4.0 from 1,888 reviews, where follow up and order handling draw complaints.

Reddit discussion

Mostly negativeacross 25 threads

Reddit discussion is plentiful and mostly critical. Posters across r/Biohackers, r/Miami and a dedicated r/10XHealth call the genetic testing and supplement stacks overpriced, and several report heavy upselling. One poster described six months on the protocol with follow up bloodwork that barely moved. Founder lawsuits also draw skepticism.

What Patients Say

The reviews here split. One reviewer reports losing more than 30 pounds on the program, keeping it off, and having more energy since. Another names Nurse Alex as patient and thorough with questions throughout the process. The third describes paying thousands for blood work and supplements, waiting weeks for part of the order, and getting no reply from their wellness advisor until they booked a call themselves.

Experience

I lost 30+ lbs and am keeping it off. 10X is the real deal. I've had healthy, sustained weight loss and have managed to increase my energy. Highly recommended.

Experience

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I came to this company thinking it was Gary Brecka's and paid thousands on blood work/supplements. Well weeks later I hadn't receive some of the supplements to I try to email and call my wellness advisor and no response.. eventually I book a call with him online and he calls and says he'd look into it and I'd receive a confirmation.. never did.โ€ฆ

How to read these reviews

Every review here comes from someone who says they were treated at 10X Health System in Aventura, Florida. Our moderation team reads each one before it goes up. We check that it describes a real visit and stays inside our content rules. We do not check whether the treatment worked. 10X Health System gets no say either way: the clinic cannot approve a review, edit one, or have one taken down. None of the reviews here are treatment-verified yet, so read them as first-hand accounts rather than confirmed records.

What patients are reviewing

10X Health System is a regenerative-medicine provider based in Aventura, Florida, operating since 2021. The clinic offers Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Exosome Therapy and IV / Systemic Cell Therapy. Patients most often come to it for Anti-Aging / Longevity, Skin / Aesthetic and Hair Restoration. Its listed accreditations are Board-Certified Physicians.

Keep that spread in mind while you read. A review of a anti-aging / longevity case tells you little about how the clinic handles the rest of what it offers, and a patient who lives nearby has a very different week from one who flew in for a single visit.

Before you book

Reviews are one input. Ask 10X Health System for the rest directly: which cell source and preparation they would use for your condition, who performs the procedure, what the quoted price covers, what follow-up you get, and what evidence they are relying on. Vague answers to any of those are worth noticing.

The full 10X Health System profile has the team, accreditations and treatment list. There is a separate page on what 10X Health System costs, and you can read how we rank and verify clinics and how we moderate reviews. For anything clinical, ask a doctor who knows your history.

10X Health System reviews: what the available feedback suggests

When comparing 10X Health System reviews, it helps to separate reviews published directly on My Stem Cell Guide from feedback found on third-party platforms. The available feedback is not uniform, which means a single overall rating should not be treated as a complete picture of the patient experience.

The three published patient reviews on this page currently include both highly positive and highly negative experiences. One reviewer describes substantial weight loss and improved energy, while another reports problems with supplement delivery and difficulty getting a response from a wellness advisor. A third reviewer highlights the helpfulness of a nurse during the process. Taken together, these reviews suggest that individual experiences can differ considerably.

Third-party feedback adds another layer of context. Google reviews discuss areas including genetic testing, bloodwork, supplement plans and interactions with wellness staff. Reddit discussions raise different concerns, including perceived cost, upselling and questions about the value of some testing or supplement recommendations. Because these sources are independent and use different standards, they should be considered separately rather than combined into one rating.

What to look for in 10X Health System reviews

If you are researching 10X Health System before scheduling a consultation, look beyond the star rating and pay attention to the details of each review. In particular, consider:

  • Whether the reviewer describes the specific service or treatment they received
  • How clearly the clinic communicated costs and what was included
  • Whether staff remained responsive after the initial appointment or purchase
  • What the reviewer says about follow-up and communication
  • Whether the experience relates to regenerative medicine, testing, wellness services or another part of the company's offering

This distinction matters because a positive experience with customer service or wellness testing does not necessarily provide evidence about the effectiveness or safety of a regenerative treatment.

Reviews are useful, but they are not clinical evidence

Patient reviews can help you understand communication, scheduling, service and personal experiences. They cannot establish whether a treatment is effective for a particular medical condition, whether a treatment is appropriate for you, or whether an individual outcome can be expected.

Before making a treatment decision, compare patient feedback with information about the specific treatment being offered, the cell or product source, the provider performing the procedure, expected follow-up and the evidence supporting its use for your condition.

For that reason, 10X Health System reviews are best used as one part of your research rather than as the deciding factor in whether to pursue treatment.
